~The 2008 Kitty Olympics~

"Hooray for Kitty Olympics! Let the Games begin!"

The crowd sits hushed these last few moments,
as the cathletes concentrate on the race to begin...

And they're off!

"Wow! Look at those kitties jump those hurdles!!"

"Oh look! Sumo wrestlers!!"

"There are a LOT of entries in the wrestling division!"
"They sure start at a young age!"
"That's because wrestling is a very popular sport among cats!"

"Wow! Look at Autumn pole-vault!"

"Now the gymnasts are here!"
"Isn't it amazing, the balance they have?"

"Wow! Look at their floor routine!"
"Yeah! There are kitties flying in all directions!"

"Time for some volleyball!"

"Ahhh...now they are starting the swimming event!"

"Time for the last event."
"What is it?"
"They call it Synchronized Sleeping! They always save it for last!"

"I'm getting a little drowsy, myself!"

"The judges are having a hard time making up their minds...
they say it's sorta like standing in a doorway
wondering whether to come in or go out!"

"In an unprecedented move, the judges have declared,
everyone goes home with a gold medal!"

"Step up, kitties, and receive your gold medals,
for an extraordinary performance by each of you!"
